07.08.–10.09.2026. (turpmāk – “Kampaņas periods”).

2. KAMPAŃA UN DALĪBAS NOTEIKUMI

2.1. Kampaņa “0% nomaksa iPhone, Apple Watch un AirPods” (turpmāk – Kampaņa) norisinās no 2026. gada 7. augusta līdz 10. septembrim (turpmāk – Kampaņas periods).

2.2. Akcijas ietvaros privātpersonām ir iespēja iegādāties jaunu iPhone, Airpods un Apple watch uz nomaksu bez procentiem C&C pārstāvniecības veikalos un interneta veikalā.

2.3. Kampaņa attiecas uz visiem iPhone, Apple Watch un AirPods modeĻiem, par kuriem maksājums veikts Kampaņas periodā. Nomaksas periods ar īpašo 0% procentu likmi iPhone modeĻiem ir līdz 20 mēnešiem, savukārt Apple Watch un AirPods modeĻiem – līdz 12 mēnešiem.

2.4. Akciju nevar kombinēt ar ISIC/ITIC kartēm, citiem partneru īpašajiem piedāvājumiem un citām klientu akcijām.

2.5. Nomaksas pakalpojumu sniedzējs ir SIA Inbank Latvia. Lai iegūtu precīzu informāciju par ikmēneša maksājuma apmēru, iepazīstieties ar nomaksas nosacījumiem un iesniedziet pieteikumu nomaksai.

2.6. Kredītiestāde ir SIA Inbank Latvia. Pirms līguma parakstīšanas rūpīgi iepazīstieties ar līguma nosacījumiem un, ja nepieciešams, konsultējieties ar SIA Inbank Latvia darbinieku vai citu speciālistu.

3. CITI NOTEIKUMI

3.1. Piedaloties Kampaņā, dalībnieks apliecina, ka ir informēts, ka Rīkotājs apstrādās viņa personas datus saskaņā ar C&C EE OÜ Latvijas filiāles personas datu apstrādes vispārīgajiem principiem (vairāk informācijas: https://cec.lv/privatuma-politika). Iesniedzot savus personas datus Kampaņas ietvaros, dalībnieks sniedz piekrišanu Rīkotājam apstrādāt viņa personas datus kampaņas saistītās informācijas nosūtīšanas nolūkā.

3.2. Visi strīdi, kas izriet no Kampaņas vai ir ar to saistīti, tiek risināti saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem.

3.3. Visas sūdzības par Kampaņas organizēšanu jāiesniedz rakstiski ar tematu “0% nomaksa iPhone, Apple Watch un AirPods” ne vēlāk kā līdz 2026. gada 10. septembrim uz e-pastu: shop_lv@cec.com

The campaign is organized by C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle | Brīvības iela 31, Riga, LV-1050 (hereinafter – the Organizer).

2. CAMPAIGN NAME

“0% Financing for iPhone, Apple Watch & AirPods”

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

07.08 – 10.09.2026 (hereinafter “Campaign Period”).

4. CAMPAIGN AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

4.1. During the campaign, private customers have the opportunity to purchase a new iPhone, Apple Watch or AirPods model from C&C stores or online with interest-free installment payments during the Campaign Period.

4.3. The campaign applies to all iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods models paid for during the Campaign Period. The installment period with a promotional interest rate is up to 20 months for iPhone models, and up to 12 months for Apple Watch and AirPods model.

4.4. The Campaign cannot be combined with ISIC/ITIC cards, other partner special offers, or other customer promotions.

4.5. The installment service provider is SIA Inbank Latvia. To obtain precise information about the monthly payment amount, please review the installment terms and submit an installment application.

4.6. The credit institution is SIA Inbank Latvia. Before signing the agreement, carefully review the contract terms and, if necessary, consult with an employee of SIA Inbank Latvia or another specialist.

5. OTHER TERMS

5.1. By participating in the Campaign, the participant confirms that they have been informed that the Organizer will process their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle (more information: Privacy Policy). By submitting personal data within the framework of the Campaign, the participant consents to the Organizer processing their personal data for the purpose of sending campaign-related information.

5.2. All disputes arising from or related to the Campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

5.3. All complaints related to the organization of the Campaign must be submitted in writing, marked “0% Financing for iPhone, Apple Watch & AirPods”, no later than 09.09.2026, to the e-mail address: shop_lv@cec.com.
