• How long does the trade-in process take from start to finish?

  After receiving your new device, you have 14 days to send your old device for trade-in.
  After receiving the device, the evaluation takes one to two days, and we will send you the final offer for approval. Once you have approved/signed the document, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 2 business days.

• How can I find out how much my device is worth?

  You can find out the estimated value of your device by using the calculator on our website.
  The final price will be determined after a technician evaluates the device, and it will be sent to you via email for approval.

• Is it possible to find out the estimated value of my device online and complete the trade-in in-store?

  Yes, you can first find out the estimated value of your device using the calculator on our online store. However, you can also complete the trade-in process in person at our stores, where iDeal store staff will evaluate your device and offer a final price.

• Does iDeal offer device recycling (reprocessing)?

  Yes, we accept and recycle your damaged electronic devices free of charge if they can no longer be reused. Additionally, you can bring batteries, cables, covers, monitors, and other similar devices.

• Do I need to return all accessories and additional equipment to receive the full trade-in value?

  It is not mandatory to return all accessories, but you can also include chargers, cables, covers, and watch bands — we will responsibly recycle them on your behalf. If your device has a screen protector, it must be removed before evaluation, and if you decline the trade-in offer, the screen protector will not be returned.
